ULUS Elektronik's electronic card production line consists of high speed fully automatic SMD typesetting line, solder pot, selective solder, coating, washing, laser marking machines. Prototype productions can be made in our SMD typesetting line, as well as pilot production and low / high volume serial productions. Our SMD line allows the production of PCBAs up to 280 types of components with a single setup. The speed of our line is 120,000 components / hour. We can easily produce cards containing components with a sensitivity of 30 μm. After SMD typesetting, all cards are checked by automatic optical control device with high technology two-dimensional image processing method and possible production errors are detected. After the automatic typesetting, the TH deficiencies of the cards are completed and checked by our IPC trained personnel. All of our productions are inspected by the Quality Representative and shipped to our customers after their final checks.
