Senior production engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Graduated from engineering departments of universities, (Electronics, Mechatronics)

· At least 3 years experienced in electronic production processes in the automotive industry (new graduate applications will also be evaluated),

· Good command of English,

Mastering ERP (preferably Dynamo) and MS Office programs,

Preferably Yamaha has command of automatic typesetting machines and automatic typesetting processes,

· Responsible awareness, high business development capacity,

Prone to team work,

· Reporting, verbal and written expression skills are strong,

· Can think analytically, have high communication skills, dynamic

· Planning and organization skills are improved,

· Knowledgeable about problem solving techniques,

·         Male candidates must have completed military service,

· Can reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or in the Kocaeli region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ULUS Elektronik is looking for a teammate to work as a Senior Production Engineer in its growing organization.

Management and Planning Responsibility:

· Determining the staff and equipment needs,

· Determination and planning of activities to increase production efficiency,

· Providing production support and coordination between main units,

· Identification and planning of training needs for department employees.

Operational Responsibilities:

· Control of production and making the product ready for delivery to the warehouse,

· Implementing lean manufacturing activities,

· Taking the necessary measures to measure the performance of the personnel he / she is responsible for and to improve the performance.

Reporting Responsibilities:

· Reporting of daily KPI values ​​(OEE / Fire),

· Weekly man / hour planning and preparation of the realization report,

· Preparation of weekly TPM report and shift list.
